Description: A nice about uncirculated banknote from Switzerland. This is the 5 Francs currency note issued by The Swiss National Bank in Bern and Zurich on October 22, 1936. The note has red, blue and black design on an olive-green background in the front with the image of the William Tell monument at Altdorf to the left of the front in a circle. The note shows the denomination, three signatures, and the serial number on the front. The back is olive green in color and only shows the denomination. The banknote has no watermark that we could find. It has three signatures and the serial number in black on the front. This particular note has the serial number 054061 and it is series 17H. The note is graded by PMG as 55 About Uncirculated with the designation EPQ (Exceptional Paper Quality) and comes in a plastic holder so labeled. Its corners are nicely squared and are intact. The note has no graffiti, no stains, and no pinholes. All in all, a great note to add to your collection.
