Once a coin is loaded in front of the retracted spring-loaded small piece it can be triggered by pressing on the head of the pilot sending the coin into the opening in the front and it enters the belly of the bank. This bank was used to advertise FIRST FEDERAL SAVINGS. The bank has several markings; namely ROCKET BANK on one side of the base, MERCURY on both sides on the front, PAT.
