Condition: This is not a used book but is a NEW BOOK. It is in excellent condition and has never been opened. The photos shown are from our own copy and is not from the copy you will be getting. The soft cover does have some scuff marks, may have a small tear to its edge or the edge of the spine, may have a roughened edge on top or bottom, and it has minor soiling but nothing to be concerned with. All pages are clean and the book is free of markings, tears, dog ears or damage. We noticed in some of the copies that some pages were not completely flattened and fully separated at the top corner. Again these are manufacturing issues but do not distract from the fact that it is a new book and in very good condition.
