Additional Information about This Book: This is a 1 1/2" thick book with many pages and photos on regular as well as glossy paper. It is in the form of a four ring binder.

Size: Measures ~12" by ~8 1/4" by ~1 1/2" and weighs over 3 pounds including the leather protective bag.

Condition: The book is in very good condition. The pages are generally clean, free of dog ears, markings, or tears. However, the pages have yellowed over time, have some soiling and in a few pages some of the color of the photos reflected on the adjacent page. All pages have rounded corners and may have some minor roughness to some of the edges. The colors are well preserved and vivid and all the printing is still in very good shape. The cover is in very good condition (we did clean it and wax it) and is intact. The edges and corners are a bit curved but are not broken. The cover has some stains and a few spots where the leather is lost and you can see the paper under it especially on the back. The spine is intact with bumps to the bottom and top corners. The leather protective bag has quite a bit of wear, tears in the corners, losses around the edge of the flap, loss of color, some staining, rust in the rivets holding the handle to the flap, and rust to the push snaps to close the bag. However, the bag is still together and still capable of protecting this rare book for another 89 years. Most of the issues mentioned here can be seen in the photos. The cover is still in its place and all the pages are firmly in place and do not appear to have seen a lot of reading or turning. Overall, the book still has great information and beautiful presentations as well as information about selling. Please see the photos for additional condition information.
