1943 Switzerland 100 Francs Banknote Pick Number 35q Good Very Fine Currency

Description:  A good very fine banknote from Switzerland. This is the December 2, 1943 one hundred francs banknote. The banknote is dark blue with an orangish-yellow area in the center of the front. The note has writing and design in black. It has a design of the head of a woman in an oval frame at left. The front also has the denomination and date as well as three signatures. The back the image of a man with sickle or Holder Scyther. The back also displays the name of "National Bank of Switzerland" in the three languages used in Switzerland, French, German, and Italian. This particular note has the serial number 051200 and is series 12J. It is dated 2 Dec. 1943. The banknote has no water mark that we could find. Please carefully review the scan presented as it is part and parcel of our  description.

Pick Number: P 35q.

Condition: I would grade this banknote as very fine with all the details being very well preserved. The note has several vertical folds and one horizontal fold and some light general wrinkling. It also has some soiling and a couple of stain, most pronounced is at the edge near the top right corner. The note has no pinholes, tears or splits and the corners are intact6 but a bit rounded. It also has a few minor nicks right at the end of the folds right at the edges.  Please see photo for additional condition information.
