Description: A nice Very fine banknote from Hong Kong. This is The Hong Kong & Shanghai Banking Corporation 1st March 1955 ten dollars currency note. The banknote which was issued by the "The Hong Kong & Shanghai Banking Corporation" and printed by Bradbury, Wilkinson & Co. Ltd. of New Malden, Surrey, England, has a dark green design on multicolored and orange underprint with the image of a woman holding sheaf of grain within an oval in the top left corner and the arms of Hong Kong left of center on top of the front. The back is also dark green on multicolored underprint with the image of a bank building in the center and a winged angel on top. This particular note has the serial number 592,338 displayed twice on the front and is series A/J. The note has two signatures displayed on the front. The banknote has a watermark located in the squared frame to the left on the back, which displays a helmeted warrior's head. The note is graded as 25 Very Fine by PMG and comes in a plastic holder so labeled. Please carefully review the scans presented as they are part and parcel of our description.

Condition: The note is graded Very Fine 25 by PMG and comes in a plastic holder so labeled. It is intact and looks great. It has no tears, no splits, no pinholes, and no graffiti. It is soiled and has some staining on the back. It has folds and some bumps throughout. However, its colors are fresh and vivid.
