Description: A beautiful crisp uncirculated banknote from Hong Kong. This is The Hong Kong & Shanghai Banking Corporation 1 February, 1965 ten dollars currency note. The banknote which was issued by the "The Hong Kong & Shanghai Banking Corporation" and printed by Bradbury, Wilkinson & Co. Ltd. has a dark green design on multicolored and orange underprint with the image of a woman holding sheaf of grain within an oval in the top left corner and the arms of Hong Kong left of center of the front. The back is also dark green on multicolored underprint with the image of a bank building in the center and a winged angel on top. This particular note has the serial number 619951 displayed twice on the front and is series KG. The note has two signatures displayed on the front. It is dated 1st February, 1965. The banknote has a watermark located in the squared frame to the left on the back, which displays a helmeted warrior's head with the number 10 under the image. Condition: I would grade this banknote as crisp uncirculated with all the details being very well preserved. The note has no folds and retains all of its original stiffness, crispiness and sheen. It is clean with no observable soiling and no staining. It has no pinholes and no graffiti. The edges are intact and show no roughness. The note has no tears or splits. The corners are squared, intact with no creasing or folding and no rounding. The colors are fresh and vivid with no fading. A great note to add to your collection.
