1968 Hong Kong & Shanghai Banking Corp Fify Dollars Banknote Pick Number 184a Beautiful About Uncirculated

Description: A nice about uncirculated banknote from Hong Kong. This is The Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation 50 dollars note dated May 31, 1968. The banknote was printed by Bradbury, Wilkinson & Co. Ltd. It is dark blue and light blue in color on multi-colored underprint. It depicts the arms of Hong Kong to the right of the front with the denomination spelled out in the center. The back is dark and light blue in color with the image of the new bank building left of center. The note has two signatures and is in English and Chinese. It has a water mark depicting the helmeted warrior’s head. This particular note has the serial number 287452 E, displayed twice in black on the front. A beautiful note in about uncirculated or better condition. Please carefully review the scan presented as it is part and parcel of our description.

It has no pinholes, no graffiti, no tears and no splits. The edges are intact with no roughness. The corners show some rounding and minor bumps and hence our grade of AU instead of Uncirculated.
