1987 Scotland Clydesdale Bank PLC 5 Pounds Banknote P#211 Gem UNC 66 EPQ

Description: A beautiful gem uncirculated banknote issued by the Clydesdale Bank PLC of Glasgow Scotland. This is the 18th September 1987 pound currency note. This banknote is blue on multi-colored underprint. It depicts the image of Robert Bums at left on the front. The back has the same color scheme as the front and depicts the image of a field mouse and a rose representing lines from Bums' poems. The front displays one signature in black, the denomination, the date, and the serial number with series. This particular note has the serial number 062213 and is series D/JN. The banknote has a watermark depicting old sailing ships repeated vertically. The note also has a security thread to the right of center.
