1901 Bronze Coin One Cent Straits Settlements Malaya Queen Victoria PCGS MS63 BN

Description: A beautiful uncirculated bronze coin from the Straits Settlements in the Malaya Peninsula in southeastern Asia. This is a one cent coin and has a reeded edge. The coin displays the bust of Queen Victoria of England facing left on the obverse. The obverse also has the legend "VICTORIA QUEEN" along the edge surrounding the queen's bust. The reverse displays the denomination within a beaded circle with the words "Straits Settlements One Cent 1901" surrounding it. This is KM# 16, should weigh ~9 grams and is ~29 mm. The coin is graded by PCGS as MS63 BN and comes in a plastic slab so labeled. A great looking coin with beautiful brown coloring and excellent eye appeal. Size and weight: The coin should weigh ~9 gm and measures ~29 mm.

Condition: The coin is graded MS63 BN (mint state 63 Brown) by PCGS and comes in a plastic holder so labeled. The coin has a beautiful brown coloring and has no wear commensurate with its mint state uncirculated state. It has great eye appeal.
