This banknote is black, red and yellow in color on the front and back. The front depicts the Scottish arms top center with the image of what looks like a cathedral to the left and a castle to the right. Size: The banknote measures ~6" by ~3 3/8".

Pick Number: P 258a and is listed in the Banknote Book as B933a.

Condition: I would grade this banknote as a good extremely fine or much better with all the details being very well preserved. The note has one light vertical fold but no apparent horizontal fold. It is generally clean with some spots of light soiling here and there. Its colors are fresh and vivid and it has no stains. The note has no graffiti, no pinholes, no tears, and no splits. Its corners are intact and mostly squared with minimum rounding if any. It has no roughness along the edges and retains quite a bit of stiffness, crispiness and sheen. It has a small darker spot on the bottom right-hand corner, which is rather difficult to see and is mentioned here for completeness. A very nice and attractive note to add to your collection. Please see photo for additional condition information.
