Distinguishing Characteristics - Most Interesting About The Piece: This is definitely a nice box, which deserves a spot in your Limoges box collection.

Condition: Box is in excellent condition with no cracks, breaks, hairlines, crazing or repairs. The hinge is intact and the box closes well. The box has a small flake to the glaze on the edge of one of the slices of the apple, which is difficult to see but can be felt when you run your finger on it. Because of the flake we are selling the piece as is at a fraction of its true value. Be that as it may, it is still a wonderful and unusual piece to add to your collection.
