Carved Meerschaum Pipe Bearded Man with Headdress and a Wooden Stand
Description: Vintage carved meerschaum pipe with a black stem. The carving is of a head of a bearded man wearing a hat, headdress or a turban having a feather on the front. The pipe is white and appears to have never been used. The detailed carving is so well done it almost jumps to life. Please look at the nose, eyes, the details of the hair in the beard, mustache and eyebrows. This pipe is very detailed and is in very nice unused condition. The pipe is clean with some light soiling which we believe can be cleaned. The pipe comes with a nice wood stand having brown felt on the bottom. Size: ~6 1/2" long including the stem, the bowl is ~2 3/4" high and 1 1/2" wide. The base is 3" in diameter and is 2 3/4" at its highest point.

Condition: The pipe is in excellent condition. It has no repairs, cracks or chips. It is clean and appears to have never been used. Although there are some marks on the end of the stem, we believe that these are the result of being in someone's mouth but never loaded or lit. Please see photos for additional condition information
