1883 Bronze Coin Argentina One Centavo Capped Liberty Head Toned MS 63 BN
Description: A beautiful mint state uncirculated coin from Argentina. This is the 1883 bronze one centavo coin. The coin, which is graded MS 63 BN by NGC, depicts the capped head of lady liberty on the obverse with the denomination and the word Libertad surrounding lady liberty's bust. The reverse shows the flagged arms of Argentina with a half radiant sun above it and the legend "REBUPBLICA ARGENTINA 1883"surrounding it. This is a relatively large and very nice. The coin is rather scarce with a mintage of 786,000. It is nicely toned and has great eye appeal. It is KM# 32 measuring ~24 mm in diameter. It is graded MS 63 BN by NGC and comes in a plastic holder so labeled. Coins of low denomination such as this are rather scarce in such a nice state of preservation since they would have been heavily circulated.
