Description: A nice very fine Banknote from Hong Kong. This is the Chartered Bank one hundred no date note issued sometime in the period 1961-1967. The banknote is dark green and brown in color on multi-colored underprint. It depicts the image of a coat of arms in the center of the front with English and Chinese characters. The back is green and has the image of a harbor with mountains in the background. The note is undated but known to have been issued in the period 1961-1967. This particular note has the serial number Y/M2734248 shown twice in green on the front. The note has a watermark displaying the head of a helmeted warrior.
