Distinguishing Characteristics - Most Interesting About The Piece:   This is a very unusual piece  of Russell Henry pottery, most likely an experimental piece where he attempted new glazes and designs.  Condition:   The piece is in good condition with no crazing, cracks, repairs or hairlines. It does  have considerable damage to one side of the edge of the saucer, which can be seen in the photos. This is a  nice, solid and substantial piece which weighs 1 1/2 pounds.

Provenance:  This beautiful and unusual piece came from Russell Henry's personal Collection. It  was purchased from the estate of his sister where he lived at the end of his times. Among the item we  purchased from that estate was hand written notes by Russell Henry (see last photo). We believe he kept or collected his experimental pieces and one of kind pieces that he particularly liked. This is one of them. A  definite must for the serious Left Handed Russell Henry collector.

Please note: The note in the last photo is not part of the sale. We are only selling the flower pot.  The note is just to make a point.
