Description: A nice uncirculated gold ingpot bar coin fromnn the Samurai period in Japan. This small hammered coin is a Japanese gold bar-coins. These coins were made of a mix of gold and silver and were circulated during the last samurai era in the period 1832-1858 (tempo era). A small (measures ~14 by ~8 mm and weighs ~1.6 grams) but rather interesting coin worthy of a spot in your collection. Size and Weight: This is a 2 Shu, weighs ~1.6 grams and measures ~14 by ~8 mm.
