This is the Banco Nacional Ultrmarino issued note for the province of Angola. It is the twenty centavos note dated 5 November 1914.  The note is blue on multicolored background and depicts arms to the right of the front and the denomination to the left. The back shows a seated allegorical woman with a sail ship in the background flanked by the denomination. Both the front and back display the name of the issuing bank \"BANCO NACIONAL ULTAMARINO\". The front of the note has the date, the serial number, the denomination, and two signatures. This particular note has the serial number 5,455,765. The note also has the word LOANDA displayed in red on  the front. Because the note has the Type III Seal for the issuing bank, it is Pick Number 43. The note is graded Choice Extremely Fine 45 by PMG and comes in a plastic holder so labeled. The holder has the notation Stains on the back. A very rare note in any condition worthy of a spot in your collection. It has some light folds and the corners appear intact with some minor rounding and a few bumps. It has no graffiti, no pinholes, no tears, and no apparent splits. The edges appear to be intact with minimum roughness if any. This is a rather rare note in any condition and this specimen is in choice extremely fine condition, which is a miracle for a note of such low denomination.
