Description: Beautiful lustrous about uncirculated 1917 (1335 AH) five Egyptian piastres silver coin. The coin, which is graded AU58 by NGC, depicts the name of Hussain Kamil as the Sultan of Egypt during the British occupation of Egypt and his accession date of 1333 AH on the obverse. The coin is also labeled Al Sultannah al-Masriyah (Sultanate of Egypt) and shows the denomination on the reverse. It is KM-318.1 with inner circle and no mint mark. The coin weighs about 7 grams of 0.833 silver. It measures approximately 26 mm in diameter. It is graded About Uncirculated (AU) 58 by NGC and comes in a plastic holder so labeled. Size and weight: This is a five piastres, weighing 7 grams of 83.3% silver and is ~26 mm in diameter.

References: It is KM #318.1.

Condition: The coin is graded AU58 by NGC and comes in a plastic holder so labeled. It is lustrous and shows its details very well. The coin has all of its details well preserved with minimum, if any, wear. It is clean with some minor scratches and bag marks to the fields. A great looking coin worthy of a spot in your collection.
