Description: A nice mint state two shillings or Florin silver coin from the United Kingdom. This is the 1919 florin or two shillings coin with reeded edge and depicts the bust of King George V facing left on the obverse. The reverse displays a cross made out of four crowned shields with scepters crossing at angles. The reverse also spells the denomination and displays the date along the edge. The obverse has the legend "GEORGIVS V D. G. BRITT:OMN:REX F.D.IND:IMP:" surrounding the king's bust along the edge. This is KM 817, should weigh ~11.31 gm of 0.925 silver and has a diameter of ~28 mm. The coin is graded MS 62 (Mint State 62) by NGC and comes in a plastic slab so labeled.
