1944 Morocco 100 Francs Banknote Pick Number 27 Very Fine or Better Printed in Philadelphia
Description: A beautiful very fine or better banknote from Morocco. This is the January 3, 1944 One Hundred Francs or Cent Francs. This large size note is multicolored with blue, yellow, and red among other colors. It depicts a gate to the city in the center of the front with French writing. The back is also multicolored and has Arabic writing with five point stars on each side, left and right. The note has Arabic and French writing throughout. This particular note has the serial number 12284503 and is series K492 with an additional number 503. It has three signatures one in Arabic and two in presumably French. The banknote has no water mark. It has some crispiness left but is soiled and has many creases throughout. Please view scan as it is part and parcel of our description.

Condition: I would grade this banknote as a very fine or better with all the details being very well preserved. The note has many creases and quite a bit of soiling, but it has no pinholes. The corners are intact with minimum rounding, but are all creased. The piece has a bit of its original crispiness. The note has no splits and the edges are intact.
