Condition: I would grade this banknote as a very fine or better with all the being still preserved and obvious. The note retains quite a bit of its original stiffness and crispiness and is nice looking with wide margins. It is intact with no tears or splits. The Colors are clear and vivid with no appreciable fading. It has three vertical folds and a horizontal fold as well as some light wrinkling. The note is soiled and has some staining especially on the back. It also has two pairs of pinholes in the left margin from staples that were once used to staple the note to something. The staples also left some minor rust spots. The edges show some minor handling and minimum roughness especially at the ends of the folds. The corners are intact with minor rounding but have bumps and minor folds. The note has graffiti in the form of a note in blue ink saying April 1953. A nice note to add to your collection. Please see the scan for additional condition information.
