It is green in color and shows Britannia seated within a frame top left corner of the front. The back is green and purple in color with medallions on the right and left with the image of Saint George on his horse slaying the dragon and a wide structure on top. The banknote has a watermark showing the head of Britannia in the white circle bottom center. The note is signed by K. O. Printer: Bank of England.

Size: Measures ~5 15/16" by ~3 5/16.

Pick Number: P 369a.

Condition: I would grade this banknote as extremely fine or much better with all the details being very well preserved. The note has three very light and almost imperceptible vertical folds but no horizontal folds. It has no graffiti, no pinholes, no tears, and no splits. The note is clean with very light soiling and has no stains. The edges are intact with minimum roughness if any. The corners are nicely squared with minimum rounding if any. The note still retains quite most of its original stiffness and crispiness. A beautiful note to add to your collection. Please see photo for additional condition information.
