Description: A beautiful uncirulated 1949 Belgian Congo one franc brass coin. The coin depicts an African elephant moving left on the obverse with the date below. The reverse shows the denomination flanked by stars and indication that the coin if from the Bank of Belgian Congo. The coin is graded by Numismatic Guarantee Corporation (NGC) as mint state MS 65 and comes incased in a plastic slab so labeled. A beautiful coin worthy of a spot in your collection.
