1978 Central Bank of Ireland One Pound Banknote Pick Number 70b Crisp Uncirculated Currency Note
Description: A beautiful crisp choice uncirculated Banknote from the Republic Ireland. This is the Central Bank of Ireland one pound note issued in August 30. The banknote is dark olive-green in color on multi-colored underprint. It depicts the image of queen Medb to the right of the front. The back has a more colorful scheme with old Gaelic writing. The note has the signatures of C.H. Murray and T. F. O'Cofaigh displayed on the front. This note represents the first date with these signatures. The note also displays the serial number, the denomination and the date on the front. This particular note has the serial number CHB 899316 shown in both red and black on the front.
