The banknote is black on green on multicolor underprint. The front depicts the image of Elsbeth Tucher portrait painted by the famous German painter Albrecht Durer in 1499. The banknote has a security thread left of center on the front and a water mark depicting a woman's head. Please carefully review the scans presented as they are part and parcel of our description.

The note has vertical folds, horizontal folds, general wrinkling, general soiling, and some staining especially along the fold lines. The corners are intact with minimum rounding but have creases and bumps. The note has no pinholes, no graffiti, no tears and no splits. The edges of the note are intact with minimum roughness and some minor nicks at the ends of the folds. A Nice note that would make a nice addition to your collection of German banknotes.
