1983 Bank of Scotland Five Pounds Banknote Pick Number 112f Crisp Uncirculated
Description: A beautiful crisp uncirculated banknote issued by The Bank of Scotland. This is the 13th October 1983 five pounds currency note. The banknote is blue on multicolored underprint on the front. The front of the note displays arms flanked by two women in the center and the image of Sir Walter Scott to the right. The back is blue green on multicolored underprint and shows a sailing ship to the left, arms in the upper center and a medallion of Pallas seated to the right. The note has two signatures on the front, the date, and the serial number. This particular note has the serial number CM409588. The note has a thin segmented security thread near the left edge.
