Description: A beautiful crisp uncirculated banknote from South Africa. This is the South African Reserve Bank no date ten Rands known to have been introduced in 1985. The banknote is green and orange in the front. It displays the portrait of Jan Van Riebeeck to the left of the front. There is an orange flower in the center of the front. The front is written in Afrikaans and in English with one signature (Kock), the serial number, and the denomination. The back is green and orange with some purple with the image of a bull and ram to the left. This note has the serial number DN2239977 c, which is displayed twice on the front in black. The back only displays the denomination in numerals in the top two corners. The note has a watermark displaying the image of Jan Van Riebeeck.
