1981 Central Bank of Ireland One Pound Banknote Pick 70b Gem Uncirculated 66 EPQ
Description: A beautiful Gem Uncirculated with Exceptional Paper Quality Banknote from the Republic Ireland. This is the Central Bank of Ireland one pound note issued in September 21, 1981. The banknote is dark olive-green in color on multi-colored underprint. It depicts the image of queen Medb to the right of the front. The back has a more colorful scheme with old Gaelic writing. The note has the signatures of C. H. Murray and T.F. O'Cofaigh displayed on the front, which also displays the serial number, the denomination and the date. This particular note has the serial number ACG 321779 shown in both red and black on the front. The note has a watermark displaying the head lady Hazel Lavery.
