Distinguishing Characteristics - Most Interesting About The Piece: An antique and beautiful piece with a nice %0d%0aand uncommon design.
Condition: The box is in very good condition with no major problems. The lid still closes, but is not tight fitting. It has lost most of its internal gold wash over the years and has some damage at the right corner, see last photos. Other than that it is in great condition for being almost 300 years old. It also has scratches and minor wear throughout commensurate with its age and utilitarian function. Regardless, the box is solid and is a charmer. Because the box is not perfect we are selling it AS IS with no reserve and low staring price.
