Distinguishing Characteristics - Most Interesting About The Piece: This is a nice antique coffee or teapot with a beautiful uncommon design.

Condition: This pot is in very good condition. It has no breaks, cracks, or repairs. The hinge is intact and in excellent shape. The piece has one area where the surface was hit with a sharp object in several spots close to each other resulting in a ding (see the third photo above the waist of the pot). The piece also has one or two shallow surface dings, which are very dificult to see but are there. Finally the surface has stains, which can be seen in the photos and the piece could probably use a good cleaning, but we will leave that to the new owner. Never the less, all of these issues do not distract from the beauty and quality of the piece and it will still display very well. This piece has a nice shape and look which makes it a great piece to display in your collection. Please view photos to appreciate the beauty, quality, and condition of the piece.

In Closing: This is a beautiful tea or coffee pot of substantial construction. It weighs over 1 1/2 pounds and is really solid and feels great in your hand. It has a wonderful classic shape.
