Antique Wrought Iron Butcher Tool Flesh Fork Marked "LO BE 1878" Southeastern Pennsylvania
Description: A beautiful antique handmade wrought iron butcher fork. The fork has a wrought iron handle where the top portion is flat and is obviously hammered. The piece has a round opening at the top to hang from. The front has a two pronged fork. The fork is marked LO.EB on one side near the top and 18.78 on the other side. It is a great looking antique which would make a great addition to any collection. Please view photos as they are part and parcel of our description.
Origin: Southeastern Pennsylvania
Size: The fork measures ~16 3/4" long and is ~2" at its widest. The fork's head is ~3" long. The piece weighs over 9 ounces.
Marks: The fork is stamped near the top "LO.BE" on one side and "18.78" on the other.
