Beautiful Antique Cast Metal Figural Cat Pincushion Raised Tail
Description: This is a wonderful antique metal pincushion in the form of a cat sitting on his four legs and having his tail raised. The cat is looking side way and slightly down with his ears perked up. There is a dark colored velvet like pincushion on his back. The cat's body is dark in color, is well cast, and shows great details of the body and face. Please carefully review the photos presented as they are part and parcel of our description.
Date: Late 1800's or early 1900's.
Origin: Purchased at an estate sale in Southeastern Pennsylvania.
Size: Measures ~4 1/4" long and is about 2 3/4" at its highest. The piece weighs about 6 1/2 ounces.

Condition: Pincushion is in good condition with no cracks, breaks, or repairs. It is well cast and shows great details. The piece is soiled and could probably use a good cleaning.
