Beautiful Proof 1780 SF Maria Theresa Austria Silver Thaler Restrike
Description: A Gem proof restrike of a 1780 SF Austrian Thaler. The large coin depicts the bust of Maria Theresa with covered head facing right. The reverse depicts the crowned imperial double eagle heads in haloes. These restrikes were done since the earliest days to the present. The coin has mirror like fields on the obverse and reverse. This restrike has been issued by many different mints. The coin has what is halo like toning to the edge on the reverse. Please view photos as they are part and parcel of our description.
