Beautiful Silver Coin from India British Occupation Milled Coin 1919b One Rupee King George V Graded PCGS AU 53
Description: A nicely toned, about uncirculated Indian silver coin. This is colonial milled one Rupee silver coin. The coin depicts the bust of King George V of England facing left on the obverse. He is wearing a crown and sporting a beard and mustache. There are the words "George V King Emperor" surrounding the bust. The reverse shows the denomination, indicates the coin was from India and has the year 1919 in English with the denomination in Arabic letters under it, all within a circle in the center of the flan with a floral design surrounding it. This is a nice size coin with a reeded edge. It is nicely toned and great looking and comes in a plastic slab rated by PCGS as about uncirculated AU53. Please carefully review the scan presented as it is part and parcel of our description.
Size and Weight: This is a one rupee, which is approximately 29 mm in diameter and weighs ~11.66 gm of 91.7%25 silver. The coin has a reeded edge.

Condition: The coin comes in a slab and is graded by PCGS as About Uncirculated AU532. The coin is nicely toned and is problem free. It does have some minor scratches and bag marks, but nothing to worry about. It is in original circulated condition and has great eye appeal. It is better than the scan shows.
