Description: A nice about uncirculated Banknote from Trinidad and Tobago. This is the January 1, 1943, One Dollar currency note. The front of the banknote has dark blue design on multicolor under-print and depicts the image of a sailing ship in the harbor with mountain in background on the left and a sailing ship with a palm tree in the foreground to the right. The banknote displays the date and the denomination on the front and only the denomination on the back. The back is in dark blue in color and depicts the arms of Trinidad and Tobago in the center. The arm has the image of a lion and a unicorn propping a crowned shield. It has three signatures on the front. This particular note has the serial number 63D 01329 displayed twice in red on the front. The note has no watermark that we could identify. The note is graded About Uncirculated 55 by PMG and comes in a plastic holder so labeled. Please carefully review the scans presented as they are part and parcel of our description.
