  • $ 74.99

Description: A lot of four metal soldiers in various action positions. The soldiers are wearing mustard or light brown uniforms, orange boots and silver colored helmets. Although the bodies of the soldiers are not ferrous (they do not stick to a magnet) the helmets are ferrous and do stick to the magnet. These soldiers appear to be world war 1 (WWI) soldiers. One is throwing a round silver colored grenade, another is wearing a gas mask and is moving forward in attack mode possibly bayoneting, the third is aiming his rifle, while the fourth is shooting a black machine gun with a round silver magazine. All four soldiers are standing on a green colored base. Their faces are painted in flesh tone and show facial details, such as eyes, and mouth. Of course the soldier wearing the gas mask does not show details of the face. Three soldier have red painted rifle while the fourth has a black machine gun. Please carefully review the photos as they are part and parcel of our description.

Distinguishing Characteristics - Most Interesting About The Piece: This is a nice lot of action figures from the mid 20th century or earlier with nice bright colors.

Condition: The soldiers are in every good condition with no breaks, repairs or dings that we could find. The pieces have some wear and loss of paint in the uniform, the rifles and some loss of silver coloring in the helmet which can be seen in the photos. The soldier wearing the gas mask has a helmet that is a bit loose but still in place. The front of the rifle of the soldier wearing a gas mask seems to be a bit shorter than one would expect for a bayonet, but upon inspection it does not seem like it broke and there is some left over paint on the tip. Other than that the four pieces are in good played with condition. Please see photos for additional details. In Closing: This is a beautiful set of metal soldier action figures, which deserve a spot in your collection.
