I would grade the one cent note as very fine with general soiling, staining, rounded corners, light roughness to the edges with nicks at the ends of the folds. Despite the fact that the note is heavily stained and soiled, it is in very fine condition. It has no tears, no graffiti, no pinholes, and no tears or splits. The note has folds and creases throughout especially at the corners. A rather scarce note in any condition and this is a good example to add to your collection at a reasonable price. Please see photos for additional condition information.
