Scarce Silver Coin 1917 AD, 1335 AH Egyptian Twenty Piastres Sultan of Egypt Hussein Kamel
Description: Absolutely great looking, scarce, extremely fine or much better 1917 (1335 AH) twenty Egyptian piastres silver coin. The coin depicts the name of Hussain Kamil as the Sultan of Egypt during the British occupation of Egypt and his accession date of 1333 AH on the obverse. The coin is also labeled Al Sultannah al-Masriyah (Sultanate of Egypt) and shows the denomination on the reverse. It is KM-321 and weighs 27.8 grams of 833 silver. It measures approximately 40 mm in diameter. Please carefully review the scan as it is part and parcel of our description.

Condition: I would grade this coin as a beautiful extremely fine or better having all the details well preserved. The coin has very nice eye appeal. The coin is much better than the scan shows. It has a minimal scratches, bag marks, and rim nicks. It has wear commensurate with its age and circulated status. Please see photo for additional condition information.
