Vintage Sterling Silver Ladle w/ Curved Flat Handle Having Raised Floral Design
Description: This is a vintage sterling silver ladle. This ladle has a trapezoidal bowl and a curved and a flat handle, which widens as it moves away from the bowl. The handle, which is nicely curved, has a raised floral design at the top 2/3. The piece is marked on the back with a mark we do not recognize and has the word "STERLING" stamped in it. The ladle is in very good condition and would make a nice addition to your collection or can be used to set an elegant table for your guests. A nice size vintage ladle to add to your collection. Date: Unknown but we suspect early to mid 20th century.
Origin: Purchased at an estate auction in Southeastern Pennsylvania.
Size: The ladle measures ~9" long, while the bowl is ~3 1/4" by ~3" at the top and is ~1" deep. The piece weighs about 118 grams.
