The banknote is blue-gray on orange underprintt on the front with the image of an allegorical woman sitting on vine-wrapped roman column with a child looking at a beehive. The front is in French and shows the serial number and series in black twice. This particular note has the serial number B/D992499 and shows two signatures. The back is blue-gray and has a central image of an elephant and hippopotamus in the jungle. The back has text in Flemish and two signatures. The note has no watermark neither does it have a security thread. Please carefully review scans presented as they are part and parcel of our description.

I would grade this banknote as a good extremely fine or better with all the details being very well preserved. The note is intact and clean with bright and vivid colors. It has a central fold and a few creases throughout. The corners are squared with minimum rounding and the edges are intact with minimum observable roughness. The note has no tears or splits, has no pinholes, no graffiti, and has no stains. The note retains quite a bit of its original stiffness, crispiness and sheen. A great example of this rather scarce note, which would make a nice addition to your collection. Please view the scan presented for additional condition information.
