Description: A rare a nicely decorated pair of pewter tablespoons made in Birmingham England. The spoons the touch mark of William Tutin who worked in Birmingham as pewterer in the period 1720-1795. They has a nice engraved design on the handle and are great looking. Just a great set of antique pewter spoons which would display nicely and would make a great addition to your collection. Date: Uncertain but were made sometime in the 18th century (between 1720-1795).
Origin: Birmingham, England.
Size: The spoons are ~8" long with the bowl being ~1 1/2" at its widest and ~2 5/8" long. Both spoons together weigh a bit over 3 ounces.
Maker: William Tutin.
Marks: Marked on the back of the handle with the touch mark of William Tutin and Company "WT&Co". Please see photos for additional .
