Condition: The box is in very good condition with no major problems. The lid closes tightly and hinge works as it is supposed to. It does have some minor scratches and a few minor dings. The blue Japanning color shows considerable wear and losses throughout. The inside is generally clean and shows no damage. There are two labels on the inside, one describing the item and another with the inscription S&S (we truly do not know what that means) possibly from the previous owner or from the original dealer.
