Mid 1940s Beautiful Roseville Pottery Vase Green Zephyr Lily Pattern 131-7"
Description: A most beautiful green colored art pottery vase by the Roseville Pottery Company. This a nice size vase in the Zephyr Lily pattern. The pattern shows pink and white Lily flowers at the end of green stems over a lightly textured green background. It was made in the years 1946 on. The vase has two handles starting at the top of the extended shaped base of the vase and ending somewhere in the middle of the vase. Please carefully view photos as they are part and parcel of our description. Date: Sometime in the mid 1940s Origin: The piece is part of a large collection purchased from a collector in Southern New Jersey, which we will be continue to list over the coming weeks and months. It was of course made in Roseville, Ohio Size: The piece measures ~7 3/8" high and is ~3" in diameter at the top with the top of the base being ~4 1/2" in diameter and the bottom of the base being ~2 3/4". The piece weighs a little over one pound and four ounces.

Marks: The piece has marking on the base in raised lettering says "Roseville; U. S. A.; 131-7".
Distinguishing Characteristics - Most Interesting About The Piece: This is a truly nice piece having rich, fresh and vivid colors which would display very well in your collection.
Condition: The piece is in very good condition after being around for over 70 years. It has no crack or hairlines. Its colors are fresh and vivid with no losses. The piece has general crazing to the glaze. The piece also has a small shallow chip at the rim (see first photo in the middle of the rim) which has been touched up. It is really small and can barely be seen or even recognized but it is there. Be that as it may, this is a nice piece which will look great in your collection.
