Distinguishing Characteristics - Most Interesting About The Piece: This is a nice and very colorful interesting piece of Majolica that is in very good condition.
Condition: The bowl is in very good condition with no cracks, hairlines, or repairs. It does have general crazing throughout the surface which is rather difficult to see but is there. There are several spots on the surface, particularly at some high points, where the glaze is lost, which we attempted to photograph individually. These are really minor in nature and are difficult to see but can be felt when you run your finger over them. It is not clear to us whether these are due to age or are original to the piece. Be that as it may, these issues do not distract from the beauty and quality of the piece. Please view photos to appreciate the piece's beauty and condition.
