Condition: I would grade this banknote as choice crisp uncirculated or much better with all the details being very well preserved. The note has no folds, no tears, no splits, and no repairs. It is clean with no soiling and no stains. The note has no pinholes, no graffiti, and no observable wear to the edges. The note retains all of its original stiffness and crispiness. The corners are intact, fully squared with no rounding. This is a great example of this rather scarce note, which would make a nice addition to your collection.
