1968 Bahamas Monetary Authority 5 Dollars Banknote Pick 29a Queen Elizabeth AU55
Description: An about uncirculated banknote from the Bahamas. This is the five Dollars No Date (Law of 1968) banknote issued by the Bahamas Monetary Authority ACT 1968. It is orange over multi-colored underprint with the front depicting the image of a young Queen Elizabeth II wearing a crown, left of center, and the back depicting the image of the Government House in the center and the Bahamas arms to the right of center. The front displays the denomination, serial number, and two signatures. This particular note has the serial number F126540 printed in black twice on the front but not on the back. The note has a watermark showing a Conch Shell and a security thread left of center. This is Pick Number 29a. The banknote is graded About Uncirculated 55 by PMG and comes in a plastic holder so labeled. A very nice note to add to your collection.
