Beautiful Porcelain Figurine Tiziano Galli Capodimonte Italy Young Woman Carrying Basket of Grapes Titled Autumn Sculpture

Description: A beautiful porcelain figurine by the highly collectible Italian sculptor Tiziano Galli. The piece is titled Autumn Sculpture and signed by Tiziano Galli. The sculpture depicts a young woman standing and leaning on a vine with blue purple grapes in bunches. She is carrying a basket full of grapes . The young lady is wearing a long pink dress and has a blue bow in her blond hair. The base has green felt on the bottom. The base is marked as to the subject, the maker, and indicate that the piece is made in Italy. The sculpture is highly detailed and very colorful. Just look at the details of the girl's face, her hair, the grapes in her basket, the blue bow in her hair, the toes in her feet, and her flowing dress. Just a great piece in great condition that would look great in your collection. Please carefully review the photos presented as they are part and parcel of our description.

Origin: Purchased at an estate sale in Southern New Jersey. The piece is made in Italy.

Size: The figurine is ~7" high with the base measuring ~2 3/8" in diameter and the piece weighing a bit over 11 ounces.

Maker: Capodimonte with the art work by Tiziano Galli.

Marks: On top of the base the words "AUTUNNO SCULTORE TIZIANO GALLI" which translated to Autumn Sculpture Tiziano Galli. The back of the base has the words "MADE-ITALY-DEPOSEE."

Distinguishing Characteristics - Most Interesting About The Piece: A beautiful figurine that would display nicely in your collection or would make a nice decorative accent around your home.

Condition: The figurine is in great condition with no breaks, cracks, chips, hairlines, crazing or repairs. The piece is beautiful and the colors are fresh and vivid. We have carefully examined the piece and we did not see any chips or losses. However, since these pieces are very delicate and has parts that extend outwards and are thin, there may be a spot that we missed, but we could not find such a spot despite the fact that we used a 10X loop to view the piece. The piece is soiled and would benefit from a good cleaning, but we leave that to the discretion of the new owner. Please see photos for additional condition information.
