Description: Beautiful lustrous proof 1992 (1412 AH) Five Egyptian Pounds, large, heavy, brilliant, and very lustrous silver coin. The coin, which is graded by ANACS as Proof 65 DCMA, shows a design depicting a handball player in action on the obverse. The obverse also indicates that it is the 25th Summer Olympics in Barcelona in 1992. The reverse is all in beautiful decorative Arabic Calligraphy within a wing design with a circle indicating it is from The Arab Republic of Egypt. The reverse shows the dates, the denomination, and the fact that it is commemorating "The 25th Olympic Games 1992." Just a great looking coin that has a particularly large flan measuring ~37 millimeters. It is KM-626 and weighs ~17.5 grams of 0.72 silver. Please carefully review the scan as it is part and parcel of our description.

Condition: The coin is graded by ANACS as Proof 65 DCMA and comes in a slab. It is beautiful lustrous with all the details being very well preserved and having full mint luster. The coin is much better than the scan shows. It does have some minor scratches and minor bag marks.
