This is a silver ten centavos issued by the US Administration in the Philippines in 1903. The coin displays a female standing with a hammer in her hand next to an anvil with the denomination above her along the edge and the word Flipinas below her on the obverse. The reverse depicts an eagle with wings open on top of a shield and the words United States of America and the date 1903 around it. This coin is graded by NGC as AU Details, with details being "Cleaned", and comes in a plastic slab so labeled. The coin has a reeded edge.
